1. Definitions

"IPTVReseller.store", our IPTV Reseller platform ("we", "us", "our") refers to the operator of this website, registered in England and Wales, at 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom.

"Reseller" or "you" refers to any individual or business that purchases credits from us to resell IPTV subscriptions to end users.

"Credits" are units purchased from us that are used to create client IPTV subscriptions within the reseller panel. 1 credit = 1 month subscription for 1 client.

"Panel" refers to the web-based reseller dashboard provided to you upon purchase.

2. Services Provided

We provide reseller access to an IPTV distribution platform via two panel tiers:

• Standard Panel (HD/4K): Available from 50 credits. Sub-reseller functionality available from 200 credits.
• Premium Panel (4K/8K): Available from 120 credits. Sub-reseller functionality available on all packs.

Credits purchased never expire. There is no monthly fee for maintaining your reseller panel. You pay only for the credits you purchase.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed via WhatsApp or our contact form. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, UK bank transfer, Bitcoin, and USDT. All prices are listed in GBP. Cryptocurrency payments are settled at the rate at the time of transaction.

Panel activation typically occurs within minutes of payment confirmation. We reserve the right to delay activation pending payment verification.

4. Reseller Obligations

As a reseller, you agree to:

• Use the reseller panel and credits solely for legitimate business purposes.
• Not share your panel credentials with unauthorised third parties.
• Take full responsibility for the relationships with your own clients.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding the sale of streaming services.
• Not use the platform for any illegal activity, including copyright infringement where prohibited.
• Ensure your clients are made aware of the nature of the service they are receiving.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our panel infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of IPTVReseller.store and may not be reproduced without written permission. The reseller panel interface and underlying software remain the property of IPTVReseller.store at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services on an "as is" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Planned and emergency maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of clients, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our reseller panel.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a reseller account without notice if:

• There is evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse of the platform.
• The reseller breaches any of the obligations set out in Section 4.
• A reseller's actions bring reputational harm to IPTVReseller.store.

In the event of termination for breach, no refund of unused credits will be issued.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
